Medical Officer
SUMMARY
This is a four month minimum volunteer post, overseeing the general health and safety of BCEC's expedition and providing medical treatment to the staff and volunteers. The successful candidate will be working closely with project partners and representing Blue Caribbean Environmental Conservation and to continue to develop and educate communities about conservation.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Qualified doctor or senior nurse with 6 months A&E experience

Must have good communication and organization skills

**Scuba diving certification, minimum of PADI Advanced Open Water (AOW) or Equivalent Tropical
**If you are not scuba certified it's included with the expedition fees if needed
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* To provide health care and emergency medical treatment to all company personnel, expedition volunteers and their
counterparts
* Maintenance and stock control of all medical supplies and equipment on site
* Enforcing policies of expedition health and safety on site
* Briefing on preventative hygiene on site
* Submitting regular reports to head office and counterparts
